My PR 4 Blog
The newest Google PR update seems to have started today, which left me with a very pleasant surprise as far as Google PR according to the latest toolbar export. While higher PR will not drive a ton of traffic to my blog, it does show I’m at least on the right track with this thing. My blog is only a couple months old, so the new Google PR update was great news for me today.
I know Google Page Rank as shown in the Google toolbar is considered by many in the SEO community to be of little value these days, but I can’t help but to be very pleased with my first PR score with this new blog. A big fat PR 4. Sure, it’s not super high, I’m not getting a flood of traffic (yet), but in my mind it’s a great start for the first time out. Hopefully it’s an indicator for things to come.
I know there are those that are going to say it’s no big deal, but I still think the Google PR toolbar can still provide some valuable insight in terms of how Google views your site. If nothing else, it at least shows if you are on the right track in terms of SEO efforts. Regardless, I am a very happy camper to say the least.

Wow congrats for your PR 4 !!!
Lol, I switched from PR 0 to PR 1, not very fantastic but better than nothing, lol.
And I’m still feeling very dumb concerning all this SEO stuff, or at least that’s how I feel it ;o)
Thank you very much for your comment on my blog also. I’m very busy lately, still not in China because of many unexpected things but I should soon leave!
